As part of the education activities of <MSE>2, a winter school, "Marseille Winter School on Multi-Scale Porous Materials for Energy and Environment", MWS, has been held for 6 years on the campus of Luminy (6th edition in January 2018). It is organized with Polytech-AMU on the campus of Luminy and is an integral part of the curriculum of students in Materials Department who also invest in hosting the event. Highly motivating, this school has changed the eyes of student engineers on research. Each edition, the school has a focused theme: Cement and Concrete (ed. 2013), Fossile fuels (ed. 2014), Electrical Energy (Ed. 2015), Nuclear Energy (ed. 2016), CO2 CCSU (ed. 2017), Food, Heath and Water (ed. 2018). The content of the 2018 edition of MWS is given hereafter
